You'll get more ideas than you can shake a stick at going through this site, Black Hat Forum, Syndk8. Then, the real issue becomes, where do you dedicate your time. It seems it comes down to two main things: having some sort of unique content (or connection with the user- that could be thru ads, social networks, forums), and then a monetization method that you optimize based largely on trial and error.
If you want to make good money do what bluemc said and learn PPC if you get the right offers going you can easily make 10k+ a month
