Anyone else get INSANELY stressed from failing campaigns?

Don't drink or smoke that shit to deal with your stress. Drink/smoke cos you want to when you want to. You can't control when you'll get stressed and if you link stress with drinking/smoking you might be doing it a lot if you happen to be stressed a lot. Screw that.

Exercising is an awesome way to get rid of stress - and it's good for you. Push real heavy weights and it'll evaporate your rage, hardcore.

As for failure - expect it. Don't be afraid of it. Don't be scared to lose a little cash as you learn from your failures. Think of it as paying for your education. And accept failure as part of the 'path' to success.

If you actually learn from your failures (as in to not make that same mistake again) it actually will improve you.

Multiple learning from failures = success.

No one with any level of success has got there without failing lots of times. Some major players online will also tell you that they fail more times then they succeed. I hated that when I first heard it. Now I think it's awesome that failing can be spun into such a good thing. Failure is the nature of the beast.

The trick is to take the odd successes and drive them so hard that they take you to the top.

Then fail a lot more until you find another success. Rinse and repeat.

i stop everything im doing. and i go for a drive. and think what i've done wrong.

I always crash whenever I drive or ride to blow off steam or stress. Seriously, of the 2 serious motorbike stacks I've had, both have been "blow off steam" rides. Its a brilliant way to put things into perspective, Hospitals always do... So in that sense, yes drive, drive FAST, drive FAST with your EYES CLOSED, the resulting crash, and "life flashing before your eyes" will bring a wonderful sense of realisation that your problems are insignificant to amputations, shattered femurs and gravel rash.

Dude you're gonna need cyanide when you hit a winner. I'm pretty comfortable with my 5-10 failures per day. It's the GOOD campaigns that do your head in!

recently I discovered a geographical report in Content Network and it was an eye opener... CTR skyrocketed. (well, almost) after I did some modifications and that brought some dead shit to life!

Another thing with bad campaigns - you can always return to them with another offer and boom - you recovered few days of your life!

Don't stop. And keep a journal. Failures and success need tracking (and good ideas, too)

go to bed and cover your head with your blankey.

This actually does help.

I gotta agree with this. Sometimes when i cant find a solution to a problem stress and anxiety can really build up. If you've been attacking the problem constantly with no solution, you need to stop. If its still frustrating, stop for a few days and sleep on it. Sometimes i'll go as long as 2 weeks and not think about it at all.

I really think the subconscious mind gathers all that you learned in the past and works it out. 99% of the time a solution lands right in my lap when im not thinking about it. It always amazes me.

The key is to step away and take time off and DON'T think about it.

What works for me is to just not be focused like a laser 100% of the time. Think of it like a gun in a FPS that overheats, I don't know about you but I can't work like that for too long.

Take a break. Then return to the problem with a fresh mind(ie cool gun). I also smoke a lot, lol.

You need to stop smoking. The damage to the lungs from smoking tobacco inevitably leads to emphysema and death in old age (as well as increased chance of lung cancer). The damage to other tissue (physical because of artery damage) and carcinogenic, including the HEART from smoking is also significant. Please stop smoking. Seeing people smoking tobacco is crazy. It's like choosing to live next to a large factory in a developing country

Smoking as a stress releiver is not worth it considering there are other way to deal with that (taking a walk).

Oh c'mon dude, everything kills you. The food you eat, the air you breathe, the water you drink, the medicines you take. One way or another you are going to die.

Get some guns. Go to the range. Kill shit. Whatever. Nothing like firing off a few hundred rounds out of a semi-auto rifle.

True; And works wonders. Many times if I intensionally concentrate on something then take a 5-10min 'mind rest', the solution 90% of the time smashes against my face outa nowhere.

You are an idiot. Please look at the microscopic damage to lungs from smoking. Apart from car accidents there is probably nothing else you do that is as dangerous as smoking. Smokers are fucked, the overwhelming majority of death in old age is because of lung complications or at an earler age heart disease which tobacco promotes

Google COPD (emphysema + other complications)

Neither food, water or air is as contaminated as the chronic exposure to the very harmful tobacco smoke. It kinda sucks another less-harmful smokable substance instead of tobacco is mainstream, for example, marijuana is less toxic and doesn't have a dose-response relationship to COPD or cancer.

I totally agree with these sentiments. So often the solution comes out of nowhere during down time. Never underestimate the importance of rest.

I appreciate that(seriously), but I don't smoke tobacco at all. I should have made that clear. With mary jane I use a vaporizer most of the time so I'm minimizing the damage being done. Believe me I'm pretty conscious about my lungs :).

Google fails everytime you go to the second search results page, but they keep trying to improve their relevancy. I get motivation from them. The important thing is to keep trying to improve and you'll be successful sooner or later.
