Anyone ever sell a premium site on Sitepoint?

I'm seriously considering putting up a premium site for sale on Sitepoint, but I just read that they don't allow you to cross post your auction on other sites... seeing as how their premium section has about a 20% success rate, I'm pretty sure I'll go with them, but I'm looking for other opinions.

Would you guys recommend Sitepoint or something else?
 


Sitepoint is by far the best place to sell a site. It gets a ton of daily eyeballs and deep pockets scanning the listings.

The other option is to find a good broker who has a large client base of interested buyers.
 
Two things:
1. You can embed the sitepoint bid listing on other sites to give it more exposure.
2. Drop me a PM, maybe interested if it's the right niche.

Yes I've sold a site on sitepoint for well over $10k and it was a good experience. Assuming the site you're selling is decent, you'll get lots of PM's and a good amount of bids.
