Anyone got a medical affiliate offer (hearing)?

I just got hearing aids today (first pair I had after being without them for like 6 years, good to be able to hear decently again).

Any who I want to get a telecoil coupler so I can hook up shit like my ipod and/or computer and so forth.

But everywhere I look its always 50$ ( Neckloop Telecoil Coupler as an example ). Anyone here got some affiliate offers in this category that might be useful?
