Anyone had success with AdWords and Email Submit?

Ok. I am bout to set up a campaign for AdWords and promote an email submit offer.

I wanna know if there's something that I should keep in mind before I fire up my campaign.

Also, how many keywords should I load per adgroup? Thanks!!!
