A couple weeks ago they replaced my usual rep (who always replied instantly and was really helpful) with this girl who takes forever to respond, barely even understands the difference between a dispute and a chargeback, and always gives bullshit generic answers. I have a couple questions but I haven't even bothered submitting them because I already know I'll just get a shitty response that doesn't answer the question. Does anyone have a good rep and willing to share their email, or at least their name so I can address it to them?
