Anyone have experience in creating media kits/sales pitches?

I would like to create a professional looking media kit (pdf) for my website. I would need the sales write up done (I'd provide you all the details, you'd provide the style/rhetoric) and the design of the media kit itself. I would like the kit to be very visual (charts, graphs, etc.).
