The advertiser is shaving for sure in my opinion, and for me it's been way more than 30%.
I was getting conversion rates from 25-50% on days, and yesterday I got 2%. That's fucked up right there.
It's interesting to see after you go from no shave, to shave how much offers are really being shaved.
People are being out right fucking GREEDY. It's profitable for all 3 parties without shaving, but with shaving it's only profitable for 1. It's not like it's 10% either, It's like the difference from maybe 100-200% ROI to -50% ROI. The idiots do it so drastically too.
I'm with ricdes on this one, fuck em. I'm boycotting their shitty offers. I for sure know it's shaving.
Again, the rest of the campaigns from this advertiser are solid and have been for well over a year so if shaving was occurring we'd pick it up immediately.
Their shit usually does covert extremely well, but when they wana shave... they shave.I don't have this issue with acai burn, which is from the same guy. And for the record, his grant offer still converts better for me than grants for you now.

Logic is if there was shaving it would not be so obvious. I don't believe it to be shaving because it is pretty easy for our technology to pick that up. We have integrations that all advertisers have to implement that allow us to pick up on this. No not all tech is perfect but we're pretty confidant that we can detect it quickly. if the fluctuations are that wide spread, 2-40% as you indicate, then that is a strong indication of a tech or site issue, not a shaving concern. Shaving is much more subtle, trust me, we've seen some pretty crazy things some advertiser's have tried to pull in the past.
We are in the process of looking into this and take these complaints very seriously. We have a strong reputation in the industry and will never let anyone hurt that. As stated I will get to the bottom of this shortly and will pass on all information discovered to everyone on this thread.

Just out of curiosity how exactly do you track if their shaving with your technology? I'm not trying to pick fights but I am very interested in this.
i wonder how you guys can still run those offers if you know that you're being fucked by 30% of your money... I just won't run them anymore until they apologize and admit that they are scrubbing like hell.
