I have a couple apps in the Market and I have so many small payments coming in from Google every day to the point where I'm actually thinking about setting up a separate bank account just for Android app revenue, because it clutters up my bank statement. Is there any way to change it so they only pay you like once a month, or they pay you in groups of say $1000?

My apps are just small bullshit apps. I have a music one that makes about $10 a day and a lifestyle one that makes about $50. I haven't started advertising either of them yet so those sales are just from people browsing the market and finding them. There's not really any way to estimate how much you'll make because you can make 0 or you can make millions if your shit is popular.

Anyone have an answer to my original question?

what do you use to build your android apps?

Corona ? or some kind of framework like that?

I just started making an app for iOS.

are your apps free and you monetize them from iAds or AdSense for mobile? or do you have them as like .99/1.99 to DL apps?

outsourced the coding. I have an iPhone app too and I don't even have a mac. All the apps are 1.99 and no ads, since Adsense is so shitty on the computer I thought it'd be just as bad on the phone. I might try a free version or something though and see how it does.

Also wondering if anyone knows whether you get paid for the total number of downloads or just the "active installs"?

and does anyone have any info on how apps are organized in the search results? like if the install/uninstall ratio affects placement, or number of reviews affects placement, etc?
