Dont know if anyone is interested but we have a list of trackback urls we have been compiling for a while. We currently have a list of over a million trackback urls (1,232,748 to be exact, should be no dupes) available for anyone interested. We will only be selling a few of these lists. Yeah, I could pay few bucks for it. I hope it's already tested that these trackbacks stick? Else it's kinda pointless because you can do trackback link scraper in 5 minutes that crawls and finds blogs 24/7.

1 million is very small amount of links. You can write code to get way more than that easily.
