Basically I've been working on this acai berry landing page/website and was wondering if anyone wanted it. I'm selling it because I don't have enough money for PPC SEM.

I'm having 3 articles made for it and have invested in a couple of relevant backlinks, because I was planning on bringing it up in the SERPs, but now realise the task would be too difficult.

The homepage/landing page however, is layed out very well and I know how catch the eye and make the viewer click through. The keywords I was focusing on were "weight loss diet" which gets an average of 60,500 searches/month and is due to peak at the begining of January.

I can't give the name of the domain for obvious reasons, but here's a rather crappy screenshot:

If you would like to buy the site, here's what you get:
1) 1250 words unique content (when archard finishes up)
2) Couple of relevant backlinks worth $8 (from InternetAuthor)
3) .com domain containing keyword
4) The actual landing page

Most people who buy landing pages from me are very happy with the services: comments include: "This is converting like crazy, thanks Larry!" and "It looks great!" I know about QS and this landing page is optimized for "weight loss diet" the design is simple so should work well and articles I ordered are also rich in the "weight loss diet" keyword.

Basically, I was planning to promote this through SEO: found it too difficult, then thought of PPC: found it too expensive.

So if anyone wants it, make me an offer, if more than 1 person wants it we'll have an auction. :xmas-smiley-016:

Okay, I've taken down the site, so you can't copy it.

I can give you the domain: Index of / not a premium domain by any standards, but it does contain the main keyword and it is .com

Here's a better screenshot:

I would like around $70 for the site, but this price could rise if demand rises and obviously I prepared to let it go for less if it looks like it won't sell at all. If you want to bid, offer something in exchange, whatever I'm cool with it.

Okay, since I've probably confused everyone, lets have an auction:

Start bid: $10
BIN: $70
Increments: $5

( sounds like dp I know, but ah well trying to get this off my hands)
