Anyone into barefoot running?

These shoes are not only great to run in but also deadlift and squat. Keeps your feet planted so much better than sneakers which can easily compress under the stresses of those exercises

I always train in Vibrams, but for any running over a mile I go with my New Balance Minimus. "Normal" shoes are for pussies.

I wish Google Either Increase my PR or Approve my Adsense Account. I have been doing White-Hat SEO all the time for Website. and I wish bot my GirlFriend gets out of my Life and Thoughts

And Someone Marry my Bitch Sister. YES SHE IS A REAL BITCH.

I use those black Vibrams for when I go jetskiing or on the boat. I have some other ones I use for hiking and climbing mountains, working out or going to Jiu-Jitsu.

They are great.

I also have pain in my toe from shoes that come up sometimes, and i'll wear the vibram for a day or two and it will heal. If I don't wear it...the pain will stay.

I also like the shoes because you can feel the ground and the different texture your walking on..but it doesn't hurt. Makes walking around less boring.

Yeah, I like them for that too. Unfortunately the people at my gym are messy bastards, and I'm worried about breaking my toe on an errant dumbbell.

So I went to Tesco and bought the cheapest, crappest plimsolls I could find... they basically have no support at all, and are as close to the VFF "feel" when squatting /deadlifting as I could find, whilst still giving me some foot protection.
