My theory is that most people (not specifically to this thread but in general) new to business these days, find the phone to be a bit too personal. There's not enough time for people to think and formulate a response to advantage, or the ability to ignore someone for like a day or two if they somehow feel the need. And that goes both ways.
Disabilities not withstanding, there's a bit of a problem with folks these days if they can't just pick up the phone to talk business with someone. Too personal? Formulate a response to advantage? Are we all scheming on one another here? Nothing makes me happier than to get on the phone or meet face to face with a business associate or potential client to discuss a project. There are so many subtle nuances in conversation that can't be conveyed in an email or instant message.
Glad that worked out between you guys, and now that I have your attention, you were supposed to send me a banner more than a month ago as part of a now-ancient $10 banner promo. All is cool here, payment received. Unless there's anything else to add, someone can close this thread.

There's nothing like outing people on WF to help increase customer service and vendor productivity. :angrysoapbox_sml:
