Anyone know of any good dedicated hosting companies that allow sending email?

I suppose the first question that comes to mind is, what programming language and OS platform are you wanting to send mail from? For example, php on most linux servers (I use godaddy.com's linux hosting, lots of domains at under $10/mo) works pretty good. Mailing from a IIS Microsoft box can get painful, as can mailing from perl on linux... Best I have found is from php on linux boxes.... for what it's worth to ya....
Nvm on the no shady part. PM me if you know of any good bullet proof hosting.
In regards to last question. My stuff is written a combo of C, C++ and php so linux. In anycase, the problem isn't the OS, the problem is most hosts aren't cool with high bandwidth daemons... Anyway, found some hosting but let me know if you know of any anyway.

Do you mean hosting that allows you to send unlimited emails per hour?
I have a budget hosting package where i can send 200 emails per hour.
they have dedicated servers also and i am happy with their services.

Most dedicated hosts will allow you to send E-Mails, just not a whole lot of them at once. You can google a number of services that offer that which in the long run might be cheaper than swapping hosts. Or, you could easily set up a script to manage the sending of mail in a form that can be done within the limits of your current host and not violate their definition of "bulk" email.
I've never heard of a dedicated host that would /not/ allow you to send email. The terms of which they allow you to send mails will vary. Some providers will say no bulk email, some may allow bulk email as long as it is fully CAN-SPAM compliant, double opt-in, etc.
What it really boils down to is, how many complaints they receive about you. In general, providers are not going to monitor what you are doing, they only look at the complaints that people send them.
