Anyone tried using a content locking system for extra $$$?

One of my friends has asked me to try out a content locking system on a client's file sharing and downloading website..what this system does is basically asks the user to complete a form or a survey before allowing him or her to download the file..

I am thinking of trying it out. Has anyone tried it yet? This is the content locker in question - Linkunlock
