Dont bother with it, totally useless. Got a free copy from a wf (thank you very much). Like other ebook crap out there, its not worth your time and money. You are ten times better off spening your time reading sevenmile.com than wasting your money on that crap. Also buy the domain game from amazon. THis book here domaingame
will give you some pretty good tips on where to start.
