Basically, it's like having journalistic shorthand, but on your PC (no mac version, you fruits).
If you're one of those people that has to type a shitload of semi-personalized letters, and ther's too much detail for mail-merge, it's a sweet arsed program
Just tell it what you want it to type every time, and then tell it which letters your lazy arse is going to type instead.
i.e. instead of typing:
Your URL is typographical mistake of <http://www.wickedfire.com>, and we're interested in advertising through it
I just need to type URURL# and hit enter. There's even a scripty function thingy so you can make it ALT+TAB through shit, then retrieve the URL you're on in your browser, ALT+TAB back and paste it right into the whole sentence.
I've increased my at work to laziness efficiency ratio by about 73%
