Anyone with a funny pictures site? Interested in trading pinterest pins?

Wasnt really sure where to post this, but fuck it.

I have been on Pinterest for the last couple of days to see what all the commotion was about. Set up a board primarily for my funny pictures site, and have seen some decent traffic as a result of pinning my own shit. However, I think it is frowned upon to post your own site on a continual basis, so I was hoping that maybe some of you on this gay webmaster forum own a LEGIT funny pictures site and would like to do some sort of lax pinning exchange? Also, a link exchange can discussed if you want. Currently my site gets an average of 8k pageviews/day.

I wish it was that much traffic. I literally just joined a couple days ago, had 19 visits from my posts, BUT averaging 30 pageviews per visit, which beats even my next best traffic/pageview source ratio by like a factor of 2.

Traffic, so far has been posting funny pictures. I posted maybe 5 pictures today, and 3 went semi-viral. But really it seems like a combination of both things you mentioned.

Right now I am following anyone that likes or repins my pins, and have had a few follow backs because of that. So I'm thinking that you can just pin a bunch of cool stuff on to your own pinboard (no repins though), basically throwing a huge net out there. And I think having a catchy board title can help.

But yeah, this site is crazy. I think some niches, especially fashion, food, fitness, and entertainment, can work really good on there.
