Apple just shit on every other computer manufacturer

An Apple Macbook Pro is like a BMW or Merc, well engineered, well thought out. Design flaws have been corrected with each iteration, everything on it was uniquely engineered for the job, no generic parts. The price is higher, but so is the satisfaction.
But then why buy a BMW when you can buy a cheap Ford with a 4 litre V8 engine with a much smaller price tag? All that hardware for such a low price! Oh yeah it guzzles petrol like an alcoholic, the interior is all plastic and poorly fitting and everything creaks when you touch it. The steering sucks and the rest of the vehicle can't handle the power of the engine so shit breaks all the time.

No generic parts? The majority of mac internals are the exact same hardware as any other pc. Manufacturers like LG, etc. The satisfaction is the same, if not worse because you're overspending for the exact same experience, if not worse because osx is not as good as win7.

That trackpad setting wasn't available (actually that whole trackpad settings window) when I had my Macbook.
Regardless, the point I was making is a two button mouse/trackpad is always going to be superior to Apple's single button monstrosity.
I'm pretty sure BMW and Merc don't make men look like fruits when they drive them. They also aren't overpriced. All the good engineering is under the chassis.

Honestly, as someone who hates the mac keyboard with a passion, and also hates all of the mice created my apple - I have to say that the current apple trackpad fucking rocks on so many levels. I'd be down for replacing my PC mouse with one of those standalone units anyday.
Two finger scrolling and the two finger right click work great. I wish my Toshiba trackpad would recess like the crapple.
To be fair, I did type it very quietly. No mechanical keyboard over here brah, just the smooth blissful tap-tap-tap of a macbook air.
I've been using Ubuntu 12.04 lately and I have to say its nice for sure, but its still too buggy for regular users. A few more generations and I may move from Mac to Linux, Conical is really starting to tame Linux. First time in years I have been impressed by a Linux distro. If they can get the hardware manufacturers support and get people to make "Ubuntu" software packages I can download and double-click-to-install I think they'll have a winner here.
I'd usually agree with you but there's *some* very annoying Mac users, always spouting off how much better their computer is when my PC has a better spec at a third of the price. Usually also the type that disses Android, remember the furore after Instagram was ported to Android? They shouldn't annoy me but they do.
Example, my brother in law is an idiot and he went all Mac a few years ago. He's always talking shit about how much better Mac is and how it just works. Until it doesn't and you've got a problem and Mac give meaningless error messages that are hard to fix. And who does he call? Me. I give him 5 minutes before being infuriated by the user interface and tell him to fuck off and solve his own problems. Yet Apple can still do no wrong in his eyes. It's like a cult. I don't know Apple do it, you gotta respect their brainwashing skills.
