Maybe it's good in some way, there are some users that hate the Pop-up.
Too bad for the advertising company less revenue for them

Apple only cares about in-app ads - web browser ads not so much. Google is the one who's going to feel it the most.

And now they're opening up iOS more and more, they're getting ready for a war against Android.
