Yes, I've read every single post on here about arbitrage so please don't fucking flame me for asking this, you fuckers. :D

Question:

Would you recommend first setting up manual sites, as chrislingle quided us noobs through in his original monstor arbi thread?

or

Jumping immediately into learning about and using the automation techniques. Although I'm a little confused if you're automating, doesn't this become an MFA site. Or does it remain arbi because you aren't linking your targeted landing page to any of the other pages you might have keyword created?

Also, yeah, the fucking G Slap... which is def the opposite of the G spot... it seems to be only affecting the little dudes. Have the big arbi players still not seen any effect? Like engaged and chrislingle and jon? Could this be b/c of your volume? Should I just fuck GG in its militant ass and try to go with YPN or AdCenter for my arbi attack?

(off topic: if Yahoo knew anything about WallSt they would turn a blind eye to the "landing page quality score" shite and watch their earnings skyrocket and once again become Fast Money instead of Dead Money. They should welcome us all with open arms. "Been slapped by Google. Come on over to Yahoo. We Don't Give no Fuck.")

I have been doing them manually, but I am trying to slowly automate things a little more. Nothing wrong with doing them manually for awhile just to learn what placements work best.

I started manual and I got some nice profits from it. $40 a day was my biggest. I wrote all of my content and had good images that matched the niche and everything.

If you plan to automoate in the future, don't manually make too many sites cause you will be just wasting your time. I would say start out manually to test layouts etc, then move to auto.

I realized I was spending waaay to much time making sites so I wrote my own scripts to generate content for me. I just started doing auto and I'm pulling only $14 a day, but still making a 2:1 ROI. I'm also smart priced up the ass so my profits are pretty shitty. I'm probably gonna add 50 sites at a time to see what happens.

Smart pricing is a little tricky cause it comes and goes. I'm only in day 3 of automating arbi so I can't say I have a lot of experience. I'm constantly updating my script and adding new sites so it's pretty time consuming.

I have also started out manual, and I would recommend this to other n00bs. It teaches you the ins and outs of ad placement, what affects ctr, experimenting with niches, template layouts and such. But auto is definitely the way to go for the long haul, so after finishing up my first 10 or so manual sites, I'm going full auto :)

I think also you should start manually: get some experience, see if things works out, etc. When you feel confident with the whole arbi concept, then start to automate whatever you can to speed up the process... :)

I got hit by some of G new stuff, but I worked around it. Haven't been effected for a couple weeks now, and if I am, it's an easy workaround (so far).

Start manual for the first few, build some crap to do it auto afterwards. Walk before running.
