Are there any ad networks that allow for subaffiliates?

What I had in mind was build a huge content library or content portal which fits closely with an ad network's offerings. I then register these links with the ad network and I get URLs which I can use to either recruit subaffiliates with or market directly to visitors to my sites.

Anyone know of any such program?

Maybe a mainstream version of ARS' (relatively older adult program) BYOT (build your own tour) system?

This is much like cross-publishing to other networks. The problem is keeping the quality good. I suppose you could do it using subid's being passed. But keep in mind anything your people under you do that's shady is going to jeopardize your whole account and all you $'s. Just my 3 cents

What about if you were to rotate affiliate ID between the person who created the page and the person who owns the content site?

Yeah, smax is right. Make sure your AM is aware of how you're driving traffic. If the network is good about it, you can usually isolate scrubs to the one or two affiliates that were pushing crap traffic.

Hey, we currently offer subid tracking at RevenueGateway.

PM me if you would like to know all the different offers that we currently have across a multitude of verticals.
