1) You and your dickhead friend said that Assange is a Spy so should get tried in the US as such
2) Clinton was getting diplomats to spy in the US - That is in Wikileaks, not my opinion
3) I argued that according to your logic that Clinton should be extradited under similar charges. But she never would be as the US would never extradite one of their own citizens on espionage charges.
4) You went off on some fucktard tangent with an argument that only you can decipher

That Ron Paul dude seems like a very intelligent person, some of you could learn a thing or two from him.
It's understandable that some of you don't support wikileaks, it does damage America's international credibility a little and it is your right not to agree with it but the arguments and statements you're making are simply ridiculous, I read some of the shit and just can't believe you're being serious...

It didn't damage America's credibility. If anything, it boosted America's cred. Our diplomats were straight talkers, very honest and accurate in their assessment of the political situations they were involved in, and brutally efficient.

The only cause for concern is Hillary spying. And I wouldn't even fault her, considering how much of a circus the UN is.

What it did damage is America's ability to further its diplomatic efforts. Medvedev will start crying. Whichever snaggletoothed Briton is in power will get upset. Some Indonesians will get mad.

Every country needs to protect the integrity of its communication. If the communication is something of vital interest to the public, there must be a government mechanism to address it. Appropriate oversight, committees, checks and balances, all of that to ensure that the public interest is protected without compromising the effectiveness of the item in question.

This is where WikiLeaks fucked up and this is why Assange has been hiding like a little rat ever since the story broke.

That's the same picture political analysts have been positing about Moscow ever since Medvedev took power.

Everybody believes Putin is the man pulling all the strings, while Medvedev is more of a public face to legitimize Russian diplomacy.

That place really is a hellhole.

Look up Sergei Magnitsky and the American company he represented, and how that company unfurled thanks to Russian corruption and abuse.

But hey, if you believe Russia is a paradise and take every press release from Moscow at face value, you can join Nickster with that sort of naivete.

I did not elect wikileaks so they should not be in charge of what documents are deemed appropriate to release to the press concerning my safety, health and well-being.

government of the people, by the people, for the people.

The government is not supposed to act however it wants, it is not supposed to be it's own entity nor was it ever envisioned as such, it's supposed to be a living breathing governing arm of us, by us, for us. It's supposed to act how we want it to within the limits of the constitution.

If nothing else that every 20-30 years something like this happens to make sure that all in government know they need to act within certain guidelines and in ways that "we the people" want them to and expect them to.

It's funny to hear certain people talk out there ass about how this is secret bla bla bla, but they're the same ones that would call others unpatriotic for criticizing the patriot act for being unconstitutional. how many screamed "if you don't do anything wrong then you have nothing to fear"

Well fuck then if that applies to us the people then why doesn't it apply to the government?

Of course this post will be wasted on anyone who feels like they need to belong to a team. It seems most of America has fallen into this trap, who cares about the democrats and republicans, we should care about us. Divide and conquer is a time and tested tactic and we the people are being divided by stupid talking heads and conquered as more and more of our rights are being stripped away.
