I did p90x for 90 days and it was ok. The meal plan had me at like 4k calories a day. I didnt stick with that at all. Its a hard work out.

More body weight is insanity which would do what you want.

I googled up some workouts, but most beginner routines seem to be extremely light and/or require equipment I don't have. Example: Full Body Bodyweight Workout | Muscle & Strength

You're starting from scratch and already complaining that workouts like that looks extremely light? You should be starting extremely light and simple - and you said you don't have any gear. Correct form will get you better results than more weight, and less injuries.

That workout looks like a great starter to resistance training, at least until you can get a barbell.

Pushups and pull-ups are hardly extremely light - especially for a beginner. The intensity of pushups can be increased greatly with new angles and hand positioning. You can even add weight to your back. Awesome exercise dismissed by beginners.

Mark Rippetoe - Starting Strength (Basic Barbell Trainging) is a great beginners book if you do buy some weights.

Did you know Arnie was an affiliate marketer for Golds?

If you guys are worried about CF injuries, Coach Mike Burgener vids on youtube are good for injury prevention..

I got dobby again, i got to get back to workin out

Actually just bought a copy of this a few days ago. Extreme Kettlebell Cardio Workout Heard about it on Joe Rogan's show.

Supposed to arrive tomorrow and I'm going to get started on it Monday.

Interesting article on WebMD about Kettlebell training. Burning up to 20 calories per minute would be pretty nice.

Or you could just do this in your backyard. Tried and true.
