Dudes, this looks pretty legit, actually.
It is located just outside the pillars of Hercules, like Plato said it was 2600 years ago. -It also appears to be a multi-ringed city, like Plato described it... To date no other "discoveries" of Atlantis ever had both of those key descriptors match up.
Nat Geo is doing a special on it... Also serious credibility points. I'm pretty sold.

I watched the special, I'll drink the juice. Legit findings if you believe in the writings of Plato, also a very convincing comparison to a biblical city Tarshish. Although I think the Atlanteans lived on a vast continent perhaps this could be the capitol metropolis and trading port
Correct me if I am wrong but Plato was documented this around between 427 bc and 348 bc. There is no proof of such information being actually written by him and to date not one document written on papirus or similar has survived or exists.
A documentary I watched last weekend talked about bible scriptures that were supposedly written by matthew, mark, luke and john however they proved they were written about 400 years or longer after their demise. No documents prior to 300-400 AD have ever survived.
