If you haven't ordered this yet, consider the fact that this is as clean as it gets. Almost like your own private network, but managed better with only 15 paid posts and 20 non-paid posts. 4 different CMS are used. I mean, if you like to get links from private networks, why wouldn't you use this one?

Almost like your own private network, but managed better with only 15 paid posts and 20 non-paid posts. 4 different CMS are used. In regular private networks, there is no cap on the number of paid posts that will be sold. They mostly keep on selling hundreds of posts so as to maximize their returns.
With Atlas Links, I have a cap of 15 paid posts per site. Only 15 posts
It might reduce my profits, but it will help your site. On top of 15 paid posts, we do another 20 posts without any link. This makes us stronger and better. I mean, I believe this is a genuine attempt to provide quality links.

Getting 20 permanent PR posts at this price is pretty good.

The sites look good and the posts are written well for this price bracket with different titles, the posts are not the same article written lots of different times that some providers give, but clearly different.
All the PR checked out and were mostly PR2 and PR3 domains, as advertised the OBL is very low, and because of the limit of 20 posts out of 50 domains the OBL is well mixed up.
The reason I gave this a 4 rather than higher is that these are newish domains, all registered within the last few month's.
Overall Review:
A good permanent PR package, that has not been and I have been told will not be sold to death. With the effort that is going in to this to cut back on footprints, I think (and hope) that this will negate the lack of age on these domains and that they will stick for a long time.
