Once again PLEASE put your foot in the door if you need a refund. I really don't want to have to deal with refunds in a few weeks when I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about it. I've done all I can to make this thread as obvious as possible to customers of mine. You really won't have an excuse by the time this is over.
