Hey, as autoblogging/cycle sites seem to be very popular here right now, thanks to bambam :) I got a question myself.

I wrote an app that easily lets me create 500 blogs in 10 secs, including rss feeds and stuff. The problem is, I don't want to get blacklisted or so.

So here are my questions, how do you cover your tracks?

1) If I use a subdomain, how do you interlink your blogs? (If you have no building structure or so that you could use to link up to main sites). How do you hide your real name in the whois? Is this even possible?

2) What affiliates to use? I don't think google would accept it if I use my adsense account on 500 of those blogs, right? So what to use here? (And what would be a rough limit of blogs per affiliate?)

thanks in advance

hey

hello solars,
that's exactly the same i want to know.
hopefully somebody can help us.

cheers

Woah, thats a pretty darn good script! 500 blogs in 10 seconds!!!!

I don't hide my name from the whois, i just make sure i have a disclaimer on each of my blogs. It's probably a messy way of doing it but i'm doing fine at the minute.

I vaguely remember reading something about using a P.O box as your whois address etc. Have a search on Google, it's around somewhere.

I can't really help with the Aff questions, sorry dude.

500 domain names?

I did not yet create 500 live blogs, but I plan to use subdomains.
Not 500 for one single domain, but a couple of blogs.

The problem is that when using Adsense, its pretty easy for google to find all your autoblogs... the question is how many does google count as a limit? :)

How about using different companies instead of adsense? adbrite? kontera?

are you saying google will know if you're running adsense on all those blogs/sub-domains?

They know which site your running anything Google on, I mean its Google there the online gods of information.

I do think when your running into 500 or more sites, sub-domains, whatever that you should probably start flipping shit up and stop putting all your eggs in one basket unless you can very quickly change those broken baskets.

So yeah toss up some affiliate links on a few, some Adbrite on some others, ect... that way if by chance you get banned by Adsense (Which you shouldn't if your within the guidelines, the max number of sites your running Adsense on shouldn't matter as long as those sites are somewhat legit to the guidelines) you won't loose everything in one fell swoop.

Yeah, and don't think for a minute that the regular goole bot and the adsense bot don't talk. They live together and compare notes at the end of the day.

Like Aequitas said, if it's from the google, they know more about you than you'd be comfortable with and his advice about all your eggs in one basket is solid, as well. Diversify!

Damnit! I'm already a paranoid person. Now I'm going to have to stay up all night reading these forums and working on my current projects wait... I was going to do that anyways never mind lol.

You think your paranoid now just wait until you find out that Google knows what you eat in the morning.

I think the Google Bot caught me masturbating the other night. I saw a flash of light go through my room. It must have been crawling my house.
