Avoid Fasthosts like the plague

as per title. Once they get you, you won't be able to stop them sucking on your credit card, no matter what you do.

Whever you do do NOT use their customer support telephone lines. These jkers will agree to ANYTHING and then poop.. 2 charge you anyway. GET IT IN EMAIL or Fasthosts will charge you till you die.

I've just had to cancel a card to stop the rebilling scamming fuckers.

Now this is what I call customer service - 22 emails back and forward, credit card chargebacks, fuck me fasthosts - what a bunch of fucking morons for something like $10. How the hell are they still in business?

"Please can I also refer you to our Terms of Service with regards to chargeback’s: Any customer withdrawing payments via bank or credit card (a "chargeback") may be subject to a punitive fee of £50, should the company deem this chargeback to be unfair. The company also reserves its right to defend such chargebacks and recover the original monies from the card issuer."

Fasthosts has been one of the worst reviewed hosts on WHT for the past decade. So you'd be the one to answer that question. Why would you sign up in the first place?

historic reasons - part of the baggage you get when you grow by acqusition.. And I didn't pay them. 6 years ago we acquired some typo doms. 4 years ago, we cancelled this crap. 2 years ago it came up for renewal, even though we'd cancelled it. charged the fuckers back, they promised to close the account.

now. charged it again. even though the domains aint ours, and we already charged them back and won once. dumb as a bag of fucking rocks. Fasthosts. Cockmunchers to a man.

I'm pretty sure a REPUTABLE firm like ...oh.. zensix, for example, wouldn't pull some sleazy rebill scam like fasthosts did, munchboy.

I have heard of bad hosts but these guys take the fucking cake.
