You have to sort of cross your eyes a bit and kinda stare into the picture (moving in close and back slowly sometimes help if you're new at it), then let your eyes settle on it. Its a bit awkward at first and straining on the eye, but then things start clear up you'll see either a 3-D image or an outline of a hidden 3-D image start to pop-up.
