I'm wondering how to go about finding good offers with Azoogle?

I mean, do you just cycle through everything looking for relevant offers to your site and choose the ones with the highest payout? Or is their some kind of hidden art to it?

Ask your AM for a list of their best converting offers. Then choose a good one that is relevant to your site either by topic or demographic or both.

Do you have an affiliate manager assigned? You can always email him/her and ask what offers are doing well. Don't forget to mention how you are driving traffic (ppc, organic, email, web/banner, etc).

yea ask you manager as you want ads that will work well on yoru site. in general most sites the simple signups work best (email zip offers)

Yes, I have one assigned. I guess I'll give him a call or an email and see what he says. I never really even thought about doing that. Shows my inexperience with all this.
