Back Pain?

I used to have massive back pains since high school. I tried everything and finally accepted I will have to deal with the pain all my life. Last year I started going to the gym and to my surprise my back problems went away.

At first I avoided back exercises but then started to do some easy exercises like delt rows, lat pulldowns and front pullups. To my surprise, my back started to not hurt so much and I eventually ended up doing squats and deadlifts with no problem.

The "weed" suggestion shouldn't be taken lightly, I went to college with a guy who got his arm ripped off in a car crash and a butt load of back problems to go with it.. this guy was popping morphine pills like candy in class, he said the only thing that completely alleviated the pain was weed and this guy has been through around 7 years of therapy and a load of pain killers. It's as valid solution that's well worth a try.

Active duty Air Force. Not worth risking my career.
