Backlinking guides

i have a vps with xrumer, senukex, scrapebox, ect.. on it. i'm not sure what limits there are (like how many scrapebox comments are too much to send to a new site). is there any guides that show you how to use all these programs together, and how often to use them and the such? this is all kind of a vague subject for me still.

they work best if you run all of them non stop with the same 2 keywords straight to the site.

If you want to play it safe, start slow for the first month and ramp it up gradually.

There's none a baklink is a backlink just try to choose carefully. Check PR and post etc etc There's no guide but there's a guide before using each software maybe you should try that.
