Are those backlinks comes from domain with high PR? or zero PR?

Secondly, the price is Monthly -- does this mean that I have to pay this price every month?

In my blog database I have domain with PR from N/A to 7.
If you reffer to the monthly package the answer is yes, you must pay the price of the package every month as long as you whant this service. For the other package you pay the price just one time.
