I paid this guy $650 for some design that was supposed to be done in 5 days. It has been 3 weeks now and nothing has been delivered, just excuse after excuse.

And you can see how he is still ignoring the issue here.
 
Agreed. This guy has sold his reputation for 600 bucks. He won't be able to do business on the net again, and being a 21 y/o "web designer" I guess he will need to find another profession.

After doing some digging I have found several threads at other forums from people also getting ripped off from him. He has been banned at many forums. A real crook.

Sad to meet people like this.

Before you go out trying to demolish someone's reputation on an open forum, please provide us with proof of your claims. Gather the links on other forums where people are complaining specifically about him ripping them off, or proof that he's done so, and we'll pass judgement then. Until then, he's considered innocent, and you just a disgruntled customer.
 
Hmm.. It appears Robert does owe some people a refund or the work done.

when you get to this thread, please reply and confirm that you have come to an agreement with Fryman.

Whether you agree to get your cash back or the work originally ordered from him, please come back here to confirm.

Since the origin of this debate didn't stem from a post on WickedFire, I can't take immediate sides just yet. But I would like to see this resolved in a mature fashion if possible. If you guys can't come to some type of agreement, you'll just have to duke it out to the death in front of all of the members here.
