It's a lot more fun when people have mics, especially with people you know (and don't know so you can talk trash). I haven't played an online game on a PC since BF 1942 and that was years ago so I don't know what has changed, but I feel like more people will have a mic on a console versus a PC game.

But I do remember the good times of BF1942 with much more people in one game compared to console, which was always fun.
 
I don't normally buy games, but I'll buy this game. Hyper productivity is gonna be going out da window for a day or two yo.
 
So, I got BF3 for PS3 today. Am I the only one who thinks, atleast for the PS3, its fucking shitty? All I really notice is the lag and how choppy it seems to be.. meh. Anyone else notice this shit?
 
Anybody else have the "fuzz" every time you use the LB or RB to change guns or anything (after menu screen) - shit is annoying

anyway to get rid of it?
 
Played it for a few minutes on the PC. Much better gameplay than the beta/demo. This will be eating a lot of my time in the next months or even years.

It sucks that your soldier name is your EA username and you can't change that (yet).
 
Heads up to you guys who are equally retarded as I am with my TV.. Looks like I managed to fix the choppiness issue.. my tv has a "Game" mode.. I switched to it, and its a lot better now :2gunsfiring_v1:
 
How is it on PS3? Thinking about picking it up, haven't bought a video game in ages...
 
How do you guys play these types of games on a console? I can't do it. I stick to the PC version. Sports, racing etc console is best but everything else it's all about the PC.
 
Can't decide whether to get this for xbox or the pc. My pc is a little dated so won't be able to run it on high settings, although I am planning on building a new desktop eventually. Sigh, dilemmas.
