I miss me some Wake Island.
I also noticed they upped the release date to add even more room from when COD is released.
This game is so much more than COD it is ridiculous.
Going to have to dust off my joystick from my BF2 days.
OFFICIAL Oct. 25th release date and free open beta in Sept.

Made for PC, ported to consoles. (usually other way around)
PC will always win, but is not a possibility for all.
That being said, they will practically be the same, I would imagine.

No, no they won't. In the past, true, but this time, momentum is swinging heavily in favor of BF3.
CoD hasn't held the crown for quite some time and most likely isn't ever going to again.
I never ever play Battlefield games on console. PC all the fucking way for me, I tried the beta for Bad Company 2 for console when it came out and put it down after 30 minutes and got it for PC later and never went back. 30fps, low resolution, controller etc. just don't do it for me, this is why I think COD has a higher market share because it runs at 60fps on consoles, is a more fast paced game, and is more suited to the console format.
Since all the kiddies are playing 360 and PS3, and can't afford a high end system, they aren't playing the games the WAY they were meant to be played and have absolutely no idea what their missing.
To the guy before asking between console vs PC graphics, there's no contest. PC rapes as long as you have a good system which is always the deal breaker.
I bet if you showed a kid the difference between a 5 year old PS3/XBOX360 playing BF3 at 30fps at low resolution vs a PC running it at 60fps+ @ 2560x1600 with the latest DX11 technology, I wonder what they would pick. And fuck, you can even use a fucking controller if you really wanted on PC, but you'd get fucked up and probably have a 0.0001 ratio.
