No. He's saying that there's diversity between the cities. Hence, you have more to choose from in one country vs assuming that every city will be similar. For example Rio vs Florianopolis.

Exactly! Sao Paulo is very exciting and has a good infrastructure. On the otherhand, there is no beautiful beaches nearby (at least not like in Rio de Janeiro or Bahia). Florianopolis is a fantastic place to go for a few days but I don't like the people there.

My opinion, you should go to Colombia.

Not yet. I'm in a Lease til September. Thought of breaking it but probably won't. Gonna leave when the lease is up.
