I was just thinking about this today...I got some .edu links from fiverr, and while I was checking them, I took the time to check out some of the other links that were dropped on the same sites. An interesting way to do keyword research at any rate. I got some good ideas.
 
The thing with this fear that SEO's selling services are stealing your niches is not something I worry too much about for one reason: It takes a long time to create a quality website to rank in a competitive niche. A lot of time and resources. There's no way they can steal everyone's niche and have time to do all that. Not enough man-hours, computing time, hours in a day, and even patience to manage the outsourcing. If they do steal one, the probability that it is yours is very low. They have a lot of options to pick from, and it really only happens one at a time, despite automation and outsourcing.

so maybe ill be the best fiverr gig lol

these are really high competition keywords so it would take alot seo work to rank high

Depending on the niche, video testimonials for $5 can be extremely useful. Like if you start a site targeting female demographics, having a live female adds a lot of credibility I can't otherwise get, since I am male. Plus IM seems to be overrun with guys in general, so I feel like women will trust other women better.
