Best Free Virus and Spyware Remove Program

My computer seems to be running slow ive tried AVG it says it finds one and deletes it, but everytime you scan it still finds that same one!

Fuckin annoying!

Anyone recommend a decent one?

Try and find a program called Nod32.

Its not free, but i'm sure you're computer savvy!
