Best Method for Cloaking for AdWords Bots

What is currently the best way to cloak for the adwords bots? Many of the bots hit my website disguised as internet explorer. Do you have to do an instant reverse IP lookup to see if they are google? Whats the best method?

IP delivery is the only safe way to do it, don't bother with useragent checking. Reverse IP won't always work, you'll just need to keep checking your logs and updating.
