Best place to sell ranking sites?

I have several sites that rank well (top 5 for all/most major keywords) but do not really earn huge dollars. Not that the niches are unusual niches - one site ranks for "sports cards". But I don't have the desire or patience to monetize these sites (I have other more important sites) - I'd rather sell them. What is the best place to go and sell these sites? On sites like Flippa most folks seem obsessed with current earnings - if they were earning I would not sell them ;-)

Any advice is appreciate.
 


Well, bad news is that earning is normally how site worth is generated.

Earnings per month * 6 + "awesomeness" bonus (design, perceived potential, content, etc.. )

why is it earnings per month * 6 ? In Germany we establish the worth of a website like this: earnings per month * 24. Are there that much differences between international (US) and German sites ?

I'm more familiar with 10-16.
 
Call people on the 6th or 7th page for that keyword and guarantee a first page ranking on Google. Since you're already there....
