Hi Ashley,
I can't say these are definitively the best but this is what we have available on Webgains currently:

Loopy Love, Pocado and UK Dating: £2.50 - £3.50 per free registration depending on monthly volume. Incentivised traffic allowed.

Love and Friends - £1 per free registration. 40/50/60% rev share on first period of paid membership.
