Best vBulletin Mods/Addons?

I've got a small site I started about 3 years ago that targets a micro-niche. Long story short it's a good community and I want to upgrade the board to be better for the users. Right now I've basically just got vB Advanced running on it and nothing else all that cool. Any suggestions? If it's of any importance I definitely want to encourage user participation, so anything that helps that would be cool.

Np, to speed up the sql backup, have your Attachments stored in the filesystem, not in the Database. Setup a folder above the root directory so images can not be hotlinked.
