If you're ripping a copy protected DVD you need something like Mactheripper (Mac) or DVD Decrypter to remove that before you can burn your DVD.
As Fatbat said decks like the Pioneers are nice. You can play mp3 CDs so you could have a couple hundred songs on on CD. My son has one, he has his ipod plugged into it, but he can plug a flash drive into it as well. The deck shows all playlists and shows the artist and song as you scroll through the list or as the song plays. Not sure if it will scroll the lyrics if the file has them or not. You can pick one up for just under $100 here. Watch it if you go to worst buy, they told us you had to buy some expensive cable to hook up the ipod to it. All you need is the ipod charge/sync cable. Grab this, get a ipod off ebay with a cracked screen for cheap since you never need to look at it and just shove it in the glove box.
What did you do your audio ripping with? You may be disappointed with the results of converting MP3's back to audio cd's as you may notice pops/clicks at the start of songs or gaps of silence. If they were ripped to mp3 utilizing a lame encoder, then the gap is realized in the header info and a program like I suggested above is capable of burning those files gaplessly (think live albums - would be annoying to have silence as tracks flow into each other). I normally use Foobar, but considering your intro didn't think you wanted to tweak your way to success as much of it's features need to be compiled via plugins, etc. Not sure if any of the other suggested apps can do it. Confuse yourself some more with this Google search.
