Best Way to Get High Adsense CPC?

I know there's allegedly no exact science to this, but is there any reliable way of finding high payout Adsense keywords to set up small niche sites around?

Right now all I do is look for a good keyword that gets high average CPC on Google Adwords and see if there are more than 10 advertisers, after that it's mostly a shot in the dark.

Is there any way to know the general price I could expect to earn per click on any given keyword or is there always going to be that huge gap of uncertainty?

Thanks, I forgot to mention I use this--but how accurate is it with content? I was under the impression that it only gives data for search traffic?

I get pretty much the same CPC that spyfu tells for a given keyword

i use spyfu too for google adsense, for the most part, very accurate. There's no sure fire tool, just gotta try it out for yourself.
