Whats your best way to release stress and continue focusing on IM work again?
I know being in IM can be quite stressful when nothing is going your way or some shit just pop up and mess everything up.
How did you guys recoup, get back on feet and continue with the best goal/motivation?

I know.. plans don't always come together as expected and it take a long time for trial and error. The uncertainty could be really stressful and taking toll on the mind.
