wow, i thought this was going to be Joe Biden saying something stupid as usual, like a pro-SOPA stance, but that was legit
 
He and Obama know that they can toss this issue into the press during the main Election Campaign for them and win support. All the more reason you need Paul as the RP nominee since he's the only one running that has come out against it.
 
I'm not 100% sure he's talking about SOPA but he is talking about the Internet and it would seem he's talking about SOPA. And almost everyone in congress has been bought it seems.
 
My impression is this is an address to the international community that says, in effect, "do as we say, not as as we do." IOTW, the US can do what it wants, but the rest of you better not getting any ideas about cutting in on our action.

Hillary Clinton made a speech recently that struck me as similar to this one.
