is ANYONE doing good promoting them? I am getting a really good CTR with my facebook ads but they just don't convert. My AM said pretty much no one is doing good with them. Just wondering if anyone is actually making anything off it.

Yea at one point about a year ago I was making huge money with them, but they changed the landing page and it dropped my conversions to half which meant I was no longer making money. Probably because it was converting awesomely, but they were getting shit leads. I haven't tried using bidz since.

Your AM is wrong, Bidz is extremely profitable but there are various landing pages being tossed on networks that perform horribly. PM me if you'd like to split test a better page.

I tried it on FB about 4 months ago, with the variation from COPEAC. Sent over 150-200 clicks without a single conversion. Didn't want to bother with it. But yea, it's pretty easy to get a good CTR with it.

That's the one I'm running. The one from Copeac. Sent 100 Clicks to it without a single convert. Cost me almost $50

Clicks are easy as piss to get on FB, but conversions are another story..

I ran a similar campaign to bidz here in Australia for a shitty company ripping them off, and the only thing that worked was a List that people had opted in for "Special offers". Even then it converted like anus. 30,000 emails, 600 signups or so..

I tried the campaign about 1 year ago. I was doing some decent money with them but they blacklisted me. I was doing 100% google adwords, bidding on jewerly terms only and still got blacklisted because the quality of my traffic wasnt backing up for them.

They've started shaving to death a couple of months ago. Before that I was making nice money. I stopped running it the day 1 in 4000 converted, whereas it started with 1 in 80.

I can tell you from running the backend of one of these sites for a few months the free to paid conversions really suck. Even after many optimizations with no success I killed the project

Whats would you consider a good conversion and bad conversion ratio for this kind of sites?

I've done quite well with it last year. I was running through Direct Agents, was their second biggest affiliate on it, the first was a network, I did thousands of leads.

Then they lowered the payout to $4 across the board, even for me, when I was getting more then double that, with excellent quality. Haven't run it since then, waste of time at that payout.

Had only mild initial success with it outside US/CAN- AU, NZ, Spain, Arabic. The UK offer was no go from the start.

I was running in the 2 DA Bidz.com comps (came 3rd, then 2nd), so there was no problem with shaving. However I did suspect that they shaved when the comps were not running - CR magically went up when the comp was back on.. but then I was also scaling, so cant say for sure.

There is a way to customize the landing page..

Direct Agents is the AOR for the offer, try getting it direct from them.

That's actually not true. Bidz.com works with several networks direct.

We have both the sale and registration version on our network. If there's any landing page out there you see that you're interested in running for either the full sale version or the reg version, PM me and I'll hook you up.

We've been running this offer since they first had an affiliate program, and it definitely spikes up for the holidays, especially the upcoming Valentine's Day and a bit down the road, Mother's Day.

I promoted it on FB a while back. Conversions were mediocre for me but I got blacklisted coz it didn't back out for them...

1 credit buyer per 25 free registrations is about what I got it down too.

The problem is that person might only spend 25 bucks or whatever. So if you are paying $1 per free reg your just breaking even minus all your other fee's/cost.

Im sure I could have got it lower but was just such a pain to deal with it

bidz is always posting shit on linkedin for affiliates to run their offer direct. if you want a contact over there pm me.
