Definitely people or businesses from different parts of the world require their projects to be done. Their requirement is varied. To do this kind of projects we also need skills. If at all a novice like me want to earn $5000 a month or for a project means, I should be able to do Web designing or Graphic designing. Finally very important is we should be able to get PAID for our efforts and work. That should be assured way of paying. We should be able to talk to the Outsourcer, settle the projects price, want advance payment put on an escrow so that we will be PAID once the project successfully completes.
